Independent retail platform Trouva has launched its debut TV campaign, called “Trouva Street”.
The advert will feature boutiques including Brighton-based designer clothing independent Our Daily Edit, and London clothing and lifestyle shop Darling & Gold.
The television campaign aired for the first time on TLC at 1.10pm, and will also feature on channels such as Comedy Central, Universal and the Food Network during November.
Trouva said the advert aims to underline the business’s position as a one-stop online shop for independent retailers in the UK.
Lucy Ward, creative brand director at Trouva, said: “A street lined with the UK’s most unique, expertly curated and beautiful independent boutiques really would be the dream street.
“Bringing that concept to life here is our way of conveying a mission we’re incredibly passionate about – not just enabling these independent retailers to survive, but empowering them to thrive, both online and on the high street.”
Trouva secured funding for the advertising campaign in September, after winning a competition run by All Response Media.
