Getting ready for Christmas this year has been relatively smooth, as we thought about what we would need when we set our original systems early.
Our online customer proposition and fulfilment model is in place all year round, so we have simply improved our ease of ordering, free gift wrapping, personalisation, delivery address flexibility and tactical free delivery promotions.
These are all fundamentals now that the web is our way of life – to be good is no longer good enough; we strive to be the very best in everything we do, and are constantly looking at innovations and technologies as we plan our next phase of growth.
We have upgraded and personalised our Christmas returns policy, and clearly communicated our last order delivery deadlines to make sure we are putting our customers first and really going that extra mile.
Personalised Christmas cards will be sent out to our customers next week, just to say thank you for supporting us on our journey.
Our shop is only seven months old, and we are off to a great start. This is just the beginning for IndiaCoco – every day brings new reasons to feel inspired and excited about our future.
