Weird Fish expands into activewear

Womenswear, menswear and kidswear brand Weird Fish is expanding into activewear, with a line called Mac Active.

The Cotswold–based company has given its Macaroni sweatshirt style a more breathable, lighter weight fabric, new branding and active fit panels. It will be available to trade consumers for autumn 15.

John Stockton, managing director at Weird Fish, said: “We are very excited to be expanding our offering to incorporate durable and effective activewear. Our Macaroni sweatshirt remains our bestselling item and has a loyal following, so we hope the Mac Active will introduce more opportunity to wear Weird Fish, whatever the activity.”
