In this issue we bring you the first in a series of comprehensive Drapers Market Reports, as well as an exclusive interview with the ever-controversial Mary Portas. We have a new weekly data section, Fashion Index giving you a barometer of what trading is like in the UK and globally.

We’ve also included coverage of the Drapers Next Generation event, run in conjunction with Success Appointments, including some exclusive and rarely given interviews with Matthew Williamson, Nick Robertson, Jane Shepherdson and Harold Tillman. And the Drapers fashion team has hunted down all the trend and product news you need for our new Directions section.
