Westfield London moves into click and collect

Westfield is trialling click and collect at its Shepherd’s Bush shopping centre, allowing customers to pick up and try on orders from over 260 retailers including Asos, House of Fraser and Topshop.

Customers will be to pick up their online orders from the Collect+ @ Westfield lounge, which has fitting rooms for customers to try on their clothes. Westfield, which has teamed up with online delivery company Collect+ to offer the service, said it was the first shopping centre in the UK to let customers collect and try on their products in one place.

To encourage customers to collect their orders from the west London shopping centre, Westfield London is offering six click-and-collect designated car park bays and one hour free parking for customers to collect their deliveries.

A spokeswoman for Westfield London said the service could be extended to the group’s other UK shopping centres in Stratford, east London, Derby and Merry Hill in Birmingham, if successful.
