Womenswear brand Laurèl exits insolvency

German womenswear brand Laurèl has successfully completed insolvency proceedings.

The insolvency completed on 30 September and was confirmed by Munich District Court. A new holding company was established as part of the process, called Munich Brand Hub.

Laurèl said its medium objective is to “exploit the brand’s full potential in wholesale and retail operations”. It also aims to establish a stable financial base.

Laurèl filed for insolvency in November 2016.
