Yoox chief financial officer Francesco Guidotti has stepped down from his position as chief financial officer after almost five years in the role.
Yoox said Guidotto was leaving to pursue a new professional opportunity.
It comes weeks after the Italian etailer announced it would merge with UK-based luxury etailer Net-a-Porter.
Guidotto joined Yoox for the second time in 2010. He was chief financial officer at Yoox from June 2003 to October 2006 and was chief financial officer at electronic payment systems firm TAS Group from March 2008 until July 2010.
In between, he held the same position at Italian womenswear brand Pinko Group.
