Yoox Net-a-Porter Group has aligned its ecommerce team with its new in-season and off-season structure, resulting in two promotions and one new hire, Drapers can reveal.
Net-a-Porter Group’s head of ecommerce, Negin Yeganegy, has been promoted to ecommerce director for in-season for the combined Yoox Net-a-Porter (YNAP) Group. She will continue to report into commercial director of in-season Adrian Evans.
Yeganegy joined Net-a-Porter Group as head of product from software firm ThoughtWorks in December 2014. She was promoted to head of ecommerce in September 2015 and has been closely involved in the integration with Yoox Group.
Ronan Tighe, head of ecommerce for Net-a-Porter Group’s luxury off-season etailer The Outnet, has been promoted to head of ecommerce for in-season for YNAP Group, effective from March 1. He will report to Yeganegy.
Tighe joined The Outnet from online betting site Betfair in August 2014.
YNAP Group has appointed activewear retailer Sweaty Betty’s head of ecommerce Aalish Yorke-Long to replace Tighe as head of ecommerce for The Outnet. Yorke-Long had been at Sweaty Betty since September 2012.
“We have aligned the ecommerce team to support our new group structure and allow us to focus on delivering an even better experience for customers,” explained a spokesman for YNAP Group.
YNAP Group restructured into three divisions on February 1. The in-season division, headed by Alison Loehnis, comprises luxury womenswear etailer Net-a-Porter, its menswear counterpart Mr Porter and Porter magazine.
The off-season business, led by Luca Martines, comprises The Outnet and Yoox.com, while Paolo Mascio is president of the group’s 40 online flagship stores. All three presidents report to YNAP Group chief executive Federico Marchetti.
