The firms have all approached developers Stanhope and Mitsui about taking office space in White City Place, according to City AM.

Stella McCartney is located opposite Media Village and is looking for 30,000-40,000 sq ft, while Yoox Net-a-Porter, located in Westfield White City, is looking for 40,000 sq ft to 60,000 sq ft. Hugo Boss, based in Camden, needs 20,000 to 30,000 sq ft.

The BBC sold the Media Village to Stanhope and Mitsui last summer for £87m, after buying the neighbouring BBC Television Centre on Wood Lane in 2012 for £200m.

Stanhope and Mitsui declined to comment.
