USC launches international shipping

Young fashion chain USC has launched international shipping from its website in a bid to tap into growing traffic from overseas.

USC has opened up deliveries through its website to beyond the UK to ten European countries including France, Germany, Spain and Denmark.

The multi-brand chain, which in June posted pre-tax profits of £1.3m for the year to January 31, will roll out international delivery to further countries and launch multi-lingual sites at an undisclosed later date.

Accounts filed at Companies House showed that USC’s 38 stores and its website posted a turnover of £69m for the period, compared with £4.9m the year before.

The chain, which is owned by entrepreneur Sir Tom Hunter, operates in locations including Manchester, Glasgow and Edinburgh. USC offers premium streetwear and denim brands such as Diesel, Replay and Miss Sixty.
