Print specialist Yr Store has launched interactive touch pods in Topman’s flagship Oxford Circus store this week, enabling customers to create bespoke Topman clothing.
The Yr digital printing process means that shoppers can choose their own Topman print and design bespoke patterns, with prices starting from £28.
Topman has designed prints for the pods based on key autumn 13 trends, including street grunge and safari, although the collaboration will last indefinitely so prints will keep being updated.
The collaboration is the first time that new garments including sweaters, gloves and scarves have been used with the Yr printing process, as well as T-shirts and vests.
Yr Store’s Tim Williams said: “It’s a dream to work with Topman designers and clothing. Yr believes the future of fashion is in carefully curated live garment creation, and we work with the most desirable artwork archives, designers and garments to create truly unique fashion that.”
