Zalando will be teaming up with 25 brands for its consumer–facing revamp of Bread & Butter this September.
Bread & Butter
On the first day of the spring 17 Berlin trade shows (June 28) the etailer, which bought B&B in June last year, revealed that brands including Adidas, Nike, Reebok, Converse, Lee, Levis, Tommy Hilfiger and Vans will be taking part in the event.
Retailers such as Topshop, Topman and Zalando will hold shoppable catwalks featuring their autumn 16 collections throughout the show.
David Schneider, co-founder of Zalando said: “Our Bread & Butter concept challenges the status quo of the fashion industry. It re-thinks the traditional trade show to bring to life a new, exciting trend show for brands and consumers where they can directly interact with each other. We want people to get inspired by new trends, experience the latest products, and get them first. With Bread & Butter by Zalando customers are no longer excluded from the fashion world but are invited to become part of it.”
Bread & Butter takes place on September 2-4.Tickets for the public are priced at €13 (£10) each.
