Zara owner signs warehouse to support UK online growth

Zara owner Inditex is looking to ramp up its online presence in the UK, having signed to take a new warehouse to support its ecommerce business.

The company has signed a deal with logistics company Clipper for a new 340,000 sq ft distribution centre in Northampton to provide fulfilment of online orders for Zara fashion in certain European countries.

The date it will go live and its capacity have not yet been confirmed.
