Keegan swaps coronation street for the high street

Young fashion brand Lipsy brought Coronation Street star Michelle Keegan along to its spring 15 press day last week. Lipsy media director Dahlia Shaffer, Made in Chelsea star Rosie Fortescue and Keegan joined guests at Ham Yard Hotel in Soho for a peek at the Lipsy Love Michelle Keegan range, designed in collaboration with the actress.

In high spirits with river island

Gin cocktails and ice cream put guests at River Island’s high summer preview in high spirits. Sugary pastels, festival fringing and bright whites were on the fashion menu at the retailer’s Woodstock Street press office in central London.



House of Fraser’s yummy scrummy club

House of Fraser shoppers can now rub shoulders with rugby legends, thanks to the store’s 99 Rugby Club. Launched under its menswear brand Howick, which is using players such as Dan Biggar (pictured) as models, the club will host dinners with ex-rugby stars in four locations around the UK in March and give members a chance to win tickets to international matches. Student Prints’ Paris Première

Première Vision Paris celebrated its new black and white branding by inviting students from 11 international design schools to create their own T-shirt designs. These were then printed live onto the tees and handed out to visitors for some truly limited-edition style.



Does my bum look big enough?

Debenhams is offering the bums of Britain a boost with these new J by Jasper Conran shape-enhancing jeans. The cut claims to fill out the wearer’s backside by up to two inches, creating a booty to rival the likes of Kim Kardashian. The £45 jeans are available in store and in sizes eight to 18.
