100. William Kim, chief executive, AllSaints

William Kim, CEO of AllSaints

Position last year: 98

William Kim completes this year’s Top 100 thanks to a stellar year, with the 21-year-old business posting in November the biggest EBITDA in its history, up 41% to £24m on full-year sales of £231m. Turnover was up 6% for the year to January 31 and approximately half of revenues now come from overseas.

Kim has been spearheading the company’s international expansion, opening its first stores in South Korea last year and this year launched in Taiwan. He also formed a new partnership with Majid Al Futtaim to open its first franchise store in the Middle East at the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai in September.

Continuing to grow and develop the brand, under Kim’s leadership the company also launched its first wholesale collection of bags for autumn 15 and will introduce a new range of shoes with footwear distributor Camuto Group for spring 16.
