Often described as the driving force behind the etailer’s growth from small start up to the £1bn-plus online giant that it is today, Robertson is a digital visionary who has been credited with introducing market-leading innovations such as video catwalk clips of every item for sale and same-day or next-day delivery to boost inspiration and convenience for shoppers. With his next move still unknown, the fashion retailing industry will be keen to see where he might re-appear next year.
