Alison loehnis, president, the net a porter group
Alison Loehnis made her Top 100 debut last year, shortly after she took over from Natalie Massenet as president of Net-a-Porter Group. Since then, her job title has shifted slightly to president of the merged Yoox Net-a-Porter Group’s (YNAP) in-season division.
But she is still responsible for running Net-a-Porter and its menswear counterpart Mr Porter, as well as the publishing division, which includes The Edit and Porter magazines – in other words: 54.6% of the overall YNAP business and counting.
Despite the rocky economic climate, net revenues at the in-season division rose 13.1% on a constant currency basis to €490.1m (£415.8m) in the first half of this year. Mr Porter’s own label, Mr P, is set to launch in 2017, and the wider group has ambition growth plans that will keep Loehnis busy over the next five years.
