Holli Rogers might be a fixture of international fashion week front rows and have earned a following thanks to her colourful personal style, but her business prowess is what made an impact in 2016. The former fashion director of Net-a-Porter joined iconic London women’s and men’s wear boutique Browns midway through 2015 and has wasted no time in making her mark on the luxury retailer.

With the backing of new owners Farfetch, she has overseen the opening of a new distribution centre, made changes to Browns’ management team and, in November, launched the retailer’s first full rebranding in its 47-year history, which included a complete overhaul of its ecommerce platform.

She has also extended her buying teams and implemented a new buying strategy – adding nearly 70 new brands to Browns’ offering – resulting in triple-digit growth for 2016.
