Nobody’s Child has soared under the leadership of John Allen, who was named as CEO last October.
His April relaunch introduced a multichannel wholesale model, and broadened its price range. He took the product offering from being design led to consumer led: bestselling product silhouettes are repeated with adjusted prints. In July, average order value was up 36% year on year.
Having repositioned Nobody’s Child, which won Young Fashion Brand of the Year at the Drapers Awards 2019, Allen left at the end of November, but his next venture is under wraps until January 2020.
