Following on from the huge success of Drapers’ inaugural Next Generation campaign in January, we are set to unveil the rising young stars of 2011, who will undoubtedly be fashion’s next top designers, buyers, merchandisers – the list is endless, and full of talent.
On January 14, Drapers will publish its 48-page Next Generation supplement, featuring the 30 rising stars of the industry under the age 30, as well as plenty of other features on the youngest fashion boardroom, how graduates can make it onto the careers ladder, starting your own business and working abroad.
The supplement will be followed by the Drapers Academy in March, where industry leaders will give inspirational talks to fashion’s rising stars, as the two ends of the fashion spectrum meet. Such was the success of this year’s Academy, that we will be doubling the number of attendees for 2011.
Today’s youth are tomorrow’s future leaders so it’s important that, as an industry, we support and nurture fashion’s young talents.
