Vans shows no sign of slowing down at 50, celebrating its big birthday with friends and fans of the brand at its event space, House of Vans, under the arches at London’s Waterloo station. Winners of a public vote were treated to live performances from Dizzee Rascal, Annie Mac and Julio Bashmore at the underground skate park.

Gresham Blake (centre) has created a visual journey of his last 15 years in men’s fashion in his new publication, The Look Book. Blake wrote the book to show off all the photographic content from his brand over the last 15 years. The designer celebrated at his Shoreditch store with a bash co-hosted by loyal actor friends and clients, Steve Coogan (left) and Ray Winstone (right).
Hunter hosted its inaugural Festival Summit, in collaboration with Google, EE, Live Nation and JWT, where the brand presented key insights and forecasting for the 2016 music festival season. Taking place at Ronnie Scott’s jazz club in London’s Soho, guests were invited to listen to presentations while the brand launched its spring 16 campaign (pictured), which takes us behind the scenes of the ultimate headline performance.
East Shopping Centre, Europe’s first purpose-built boutique Asian shopping centre, has celebrated its first anniversary. To mark the occasion the centre hosted live performances from international music stars, Juggy D and Mumzy Stranger, live make-up demos from the Lubna Rafiq Academy, dance workshops from Absolute Bollywood, and special guest Lyn Brown, MP for West Ham (pictured).
Boux Avenue owner Theo Paphitis (right) hosted a motorsports track day event for Sport Relief sponsored by his other retail chains Ryman Stationery and homeware store Robert Dyas. Over the past eight years, Paphitis’s businesses have raised more than £3m for comic relief. Celebrity guests included model Jodie Kidd (left), actor Neil Morrissey and racing driver Ben Collins, formerly Top Gear's "The Stig".
Thomas Pink has renewed its partnership with the British and Irish Lions rugby team for their tour to New Zealand in 2017. Players will be decked out in the brand’s “athletic fit” shirt, a blazer and tie. Thomas Pink will also design a 2017 Lions tour collection for members of the public, on sale from October. To mark this, it will launch its own “rugby club”, comprising consumer events, an online content hub and monthly newsletters.
