Ralph Lauren, the premium lifestyle brand and retailer, has announced the departure of senior vice president and chief financial officer, Tracey Travis. She will leave on July 30.
The US-based company has already begun the search for her replacement and has said it will consider both internal and external candidates. Senior vice president of finance Robert Madore, who has been with the company since 2004, will serve as interim CFO.
Travis joined the company in January 2005. Previously, she was at Limited Brands Inc., holding the post of senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer of its Intimate Brands.
