16 Kate Bostock

Executive director, general merchandise, Marks & Spencer

Will she stay or will she go? Speculation was rife as Drapers went to press that Kate Bostock was being courted by rivals, but she insists she’s staying put. Bostock has also eradicated product duplication across sub-brands, giving each its own raison d’être.
