Coleen Rooney became the face of the home-shopping group’s Littlewoods business, while Fearne Cotton and Holly Willoughby endorsed Very. Newton-Jones saw the cash potential of teaming up with hit TV show The X Factor by hosting a dedicated section of The X Factor’s website with fashion-related content including trend videos and style advice.
As for product, Newton-Jones introduced brands such as G-Star to the Very website to increase the price point of its branded offer.
