81 David Beckham Re-entry

Footballer, fashion icon and the other half of brand Beckham, David Beckham re-enters the Top 100 for his ability to influence trends in the mainstream menswear market.

The publicity surrounding the World Cup this year meant Beckham - although not on the pitch - caught much attention in his 1960s-inspired three-piece suit designed by Marks & Spencer, which won the contract to dress the England World Cup squad.

Beckham has also been credited with sparking the chunky knitwear trend for men - particularly shawl-neck cable knits - which has taken off in a massive way for autumn 10.
