88 Jan Marchant

Design director for F&F Europe, Tesco

The success of last year, with clothing sales hitting £1bn for the first time, no doubt helped propel Tesco buying director for clothing Jan Marchant to greater heights – this year she’s taken on a European role as design director for F&F Europe. Since then, we’ve seen the influence of Kate Middleton on its womenswear, prompting the launch of pieces including an interpretation of the Reiss Shola dress and the F&F limited edition bandage-style dress – both sold out at an affordable £30.
