John Lewis unveiled a revamped menswear department, while its multichannel approach is as focused as ever, with the launch of a pop-up in Exeter to act as a click-and-collect hub for the chain. Fashion sales continue to grow in the run-up to Christmas and another tear-jerking festive ad (which,according to one rival retailer signals the start of the Christmas selling season for all concerned) has ensured Ruis is admired by all.
