Top 100: 15. Mike Shearwood

Chief executive, Aurora Fashions

If omnichannel was Mike Shearwood’s buzz word in 2011, then 2012 has been all about international. This year the parent company of womenswear chains Oasis, Coast and Warehouse has embarked on aggressive international expansion with the launch of, a multi-fascia web platform in Sweden, the Netherlands, the US, Australia, Spain and France. The company also continues to dominate when it comes to omnichannel, with Shearwood confident it can build on its 90-minute delivery slots with the launch of 60-minute deliveries next year.

Did you know? Shearwood was embarrassed by his number three slot in Drapers’ top five fashion trade crushes in last year’s list.
