Top 100: 21. Mary Homer

Managing director, Topshop

2012 has seen Topshop mark 10 years of sponsorship of the British Fashion Council’s Newgen project; open stores for the first time in locations as far apart as Sydney and South Africa, Vancouver and Las Vegas; sign a deal with Nordstrom to further fuel its US expansion; and create a customisable catwalk in conjunction with London Fashion Week and Facebook, giving shoppers early access to spring 13 stock. So, despite the odd copyright dispute, Topshop has had another strong year with Mary Homer at the helm, coming second only to Topman.

Did you know? Homer has worked at Arcadia for over 26 years.
