Despite the plethora of exciting designers at London Fashion Week, one show remains the season’s hottest ticket: Burberry. It’s the jewel in London’s crown that continues to sparkle and amaze, thanks to its brilliant chief creative officer. Christopher Bailey’s skill at evolving and pushing the brand forward while consistently influencing the high street is what makes him one of the UK’s best design talents. But his skills go beyond the product; Bailey has a huge influence over the brand as a whole, including Burberry’s spectacular London flagship store on Regent Street, all 27,000 sq ft and four floors of stunning, digitally enhanced shopping brilliance, while its first dedicated menswear store also opened this year.
