Top 100: 78. Sarah Curran & David Worby

Founder and chief executive, My-Wardrobe

It was a rocky start to the year for My-Wardrobe when the etailer announced in March a net loss of £3.8m for the year to June 30, 2011. However, justified by the significant investment into the business, including a relocation of head office and international expansion, Sarah Curran also changed the internal team structure by bringing in former Harrods ecommerce boss David Worby as chief executive in June. In October, My-Wardrobe announced it was dropping menswear to concentrate on international expansion, giving the business a clear and focused strategy to start 2013.
