Mainstream womenswear retailer Phase Eight is to open its first West End store in February showcasing a new store design.
The 3,100 sq ft store on St Christopher’s Place, off Oxford Street, will trade over two floors and is “significantly” larger than its average store.
The store’s new design features include vintage-inspired fixtures and furnishings plus a dedicated bridal space for the re-launched Bridal Boutique. Customers will be able to book one-on-one appointments with staff to receive style advice.
The store will feature a bridal department, its premium range Collection 8, accessories and footwear.
The retailer reported a 9.4% increase in pre-tax profit to £17.8m for the year to January 28 in May. Growth had slowed at the retailer compared to the previous year when pre-tax profit soared 42.2%.
