Portas continues collaboration with Clarks

High street guru Mary Portas’ second collection with footwear retailer Clarks will launch on February 13.

The collection, which will be available in 20 Clarks stores nationwide, as well as online at and at the Mary Portas store in House of Fraser, Oxford Street, updates the best-selling styles from the autumn season.

La Wesley, a platform court shoe, the collection’s top seller last season, has been revived for spring in three colour ways: nude patent, black patent and a tan snake effect upper.

The La Portas wedge boot from last season also makes a comeback but this time round it has been given an open toe and a brown snakeskin upper.

There are also new styles including wedges and sandals in pastel shades and snake effect.

Portas said: “This collection is about being able to look fashionable and fabulous while getting through the daily grind.

“From efficient and sexy office shoes, and glamorous evening heels, to cool and funky everyday footwear – these shoes are on-trend and gorgeous, all with a bit of edge.”

Retail prices for the spring collection range from £79.99 for a flat strappy sandal to £99.99 for a wedge style or court shoe.
