Kidswear agent AliOli Kids hopes to bring “unknown Spanish gems” to the UK after launching with its first signing, babywear brand Alma Llenas.
AliOli Kids, which was founded in May, is seeking stockists for Spanish brand Alma Llenas’ range of knitted garments for babies up to 24 months.
The agency will rollout the brand’s seasonal collection for children of the same age in the UK for autumn 13.
Catherine Brookes, founder of AliOli Kids, said: “We are concentrating on Spanish brands because there are so many unknown gems and Spain makes some beautiful children’s clothing.”
For Alma Llenas, she is looking for indie stockists with strong customer service, saying the range would sit well alongside premium kidswear brands such as Mon Marcel, Tammy Donohoe’s and Bonpoint. Wholesale prices are about £24.50 and pieces include merino wool jumpers and printed knickers.
AliOli will launch Alma Llenas’ autumn 13 range at trade show Bubble London on January 27 and 28.
AliOli also has a retail arm, which is kept separate from the agency.
