We will be discovering new talent at Fashion East and the showrooms. We get to see some names grow up to be respected designers - not only in terms of creativity but also business. Of course Christopher Kane (pictured) springs to mind but Erdem,Peter Pilotto and JW Anderson have also grown to become real brands to reckon with. We have bought them from day one.
We can’t wait to see Mary Katrantzou (pictured). We have supported her since she first hit the market. The British Fashion Council takes care of its designers and London Fashion Week plays an outstanding role in the international fashion scene. That’s why it’s important to go to London to buy collections.
We are looking forward to a unique combination of established brands we already stock such as Vivienne Westwood (pictured) and emerging designers, and in particular initiatives like Headonism, celebrating British milliners. London is a truly unique source of inspiration.
London is a refuge for the most influential trends that I look to for tying the season together. The labels I always buy into are Christopher Kane and Erdem (pictured).
Being part of their development exponential has been inspiring. Brands like Mary Katrantzou and Peter Pilotto generate excitement with our customers.

London Fashion Week is a great place to find new talent. With New York, Paris, and Milan you know what to expect to a certain extent, however, London is different. There is so much creativity and innovation. So I’m looking forward to being surprised this season, especially by Peter Pilotto (pictured) and Roksanda Ilincic, which I already buy.
I also anticipate seeing the quirky LFW invites and venues.
