The look A bright and summery wardrobe for the chic woman-about-town, dominated by Diane von Furstenberg’s trademark colourful prints and 1960s vibe.

Key pieces Wallpaper florals bloomed across the collection, making a statement on a range of dress shapes, with shifts and wrap styles looking fresh. Separates were also key, as blazers were teamed with shirts and shorts, skirts or trousers.

Colours White was taken as a starting point before colour was introduced, with delicate blues, green and pinks punctuated by more vibrant tones such as turquoise, yellow and coral.

Commercial appeal With prints such a strong spring 12 trend, von Furstenberg’s signature use of them was always going to be a hit, but her large-scale florals offered a modern take on traditional ditsy floral prints.
