IMAGE GALLERY: Royal College of Art graduate fashion show

Postgraduate students from the fashion programme at the Royal College of Art showcased 28 collections across menswear, womenswear, knitwear and millinery, yesterday, May 31.

Influences throughout the collections ranged from optical art and Victorian horror across menswear to Naum Gabo and the film ‘This is England’ across women’s.

The Royal College of Art fashion programme, which boasts alumni including Lou Dalton, Christopher Raeburn and Burberry Chief Creative Officer Christopher Bailey, is led by professor Wendy Dagworthy OBE, and was originally founded by former Vogue editor Madge Garland in 1948.
