At Hermès, Véronique Nichanian brought Parisian chic to another mélange of sleek tailoring and preppy sportswear staples.
The season’s ubiquitous baseball top was presented in sophisticated taupe, a sweatshirt was rendered in suede, and a simple T-shirt was given a luxe, crocodile chiffon upgrade. The show also offered one of the season’s richest colour palettes, with citron hoodies and acid green pullovers tempered by neutral chino shorts. But when it came to tailoring Nichanian kept things traditional, presenting streamlined silhouettes in midnight blue and dove grey.
In short A sophisticated (and colour-saturated) Parisian take on classic Americana.
