Key pieces Outerwear triumphed as sharply tailored jackets and blazers in heritage checks and tweeds sat alongside oversized puffball coats doused in super-soft fur. Panelling was key - cuffs and collars were trimmed with contrast fabrics and colours. A white satin blouse had a 1960s feel as the stark nature of the collarless neckline juxtaposed nicely with its billowing sleeves. Short andknee-length kilt-inspired wrap skirts had a regal quality.
Commercial appeal Plenty of white was used in this collection, which is notoriously hard to sell and difficult to wear but it will have some significance for autumn 11. More important though were the fabric choices, which will definitely get picked up.
