Doxa joins the sportswear race

Doxa is a new Danish sportswear running brand that looks as good off the track as it performs on it.

Founder John Hansen has experience as both a professional runner and fashion designer, and has now combined his two passions into this new brand.

Made from functional fabrics with technical design details, the aim of the range is to balance high-end performancewear with comfort, as well as a sleek street style.

The pre-spring collection has debuted in Danish store Støy, and is currently stocked in London’s Harvey Nichols via its Copenhagen-themed pop-up store.

The brand also works with Swedish charity Global Relations and Kenyan marathon runner Isaac Macharia, donating running kits to students at The Kenswed Academy in the Kenyan capital Nairobi, which educates and trains children from the city’s slums.

Launching as a short-order brand, spring 17 order books open in February for an April delivery.

Wholesale prices range from £84 for a T-shirt to £157 for a jacket.
