Contemporary men’s footwear brand Ohw? has appointed Fourmarketing to handle its distribution from spring 13 as it looks to bolster its stockist base.
Fourmarketing has taken over from Macandi, which had worked with Ohw? for the past two seasons.
The brand, founded by former Ben Sherman head of footwear Stephen Gill for spring 12, secured 10 stockists in its first two seasons under its former distributor, including clothing and footwear etailer Kafka and The Natural Shoe Store’s three London stores.
Gill said it was looking to secure a further 20 to 30 stockists for spring 13 and he believed Fourmarketing would help Ohw? (pronounced ‘who?’) reach its target number of 30 to 40 retailers, including Office, Sole and Schuh.
“Fourmarketing has great brand adjacencies and is recognised as being the best fashion distributor in the UK, so the outlook is very positive,” said Gill.
Fourmarketing has agreed a deal with menswear etailer Oki-ni to start selling the brand’s autumn 12 range.
For spring 13, Ohw? will introduce six new styles across 17 colourways, taking the total number of styles in the collection to 16 across 30 colourways.
Wholesale prices for the brand range from £38 to £52.
