What do you come to LFW expecting to find?

London is always a great place for creativity and designers who have fun with fashion, and this season London didn’t disappoint. Preen was simply so beautiful, we’re all obsessed with the denim pieces and these are already on our wish list for spring 17. We also were really excited by the New Gen designers who really led the new phase of London with their innovative presentations and catwalks. London really did what it’s known for and showed a lot of creativity and playfulness this week.

What did you think of today at LFW?

Marques Almeida was a last day highlight. The collection was so good and showed they totally get what all the cool girls in London want to wear.

Last week we were happy to see the continued evolution of New York style and were really excited by its talent such as Rosie Assoulin, Sandy Liang and Maraym Nassir Zadeh.

Which other shows stood out at LFW this season?

Marques Almeida showed such an amazing collection on day five, they really understand what the younger girl wants to wear. It’s directional yet commercial and they know just how to please their customer.

Roksanda really took her collection to the next level, I loved the mix of colours and how effortless it all was.

Ashish was simply a beautiful show, and quite a different direction for his usual style paying homage to his Indian roots

JW Anderson continues to be the cool ticket of London Fashion Week. His strong shapes and amazing accessories will be on my hit list for spring 17.

What trends have stood out so far this season?

The suit is back. We noticed this in almost every show we went to. Bright colours are also making a strong comeback, especially pink and yellow.
