Rixo London maxes sales opportunities

Rixo London was launched in September 2015 by former Asos buyers Henrietta Rix and Orlagh McCloskey. The vintage-inspired womenswear label has quickly become known for its feminine dresses, blouses and skirts with a signature bohemian air.

Spring 16 short order sales are now open, while the autumn 16 collection, which features daisy and paisley prints in rich autumnal tones, will be on sale at the end of July.

From spring 17, the collection will switch to forward orders, although some styles will still be available to buy in season. Rix explains: “We’re being approached by large retailers worldwide but currently, as we don’t have our ranges developed six months in advance, we’re missing out as buyers’ budgets are used up.”

Prices for the spring 16 collection start at £62 for a silk blouse and reach £110 for a silk maxi-dress, with a 2.7 mark-up.
