Animal print

A perennial accessories trend, animal was particularly omnipresent for autumn 09, making its mark on both footwear and bags. Basso and Brooke teamed leopard print with a Baroque theme to create eclectic clutch bags, while other designers opted for all over zebra and leopard patterns on peep toe and pointed ankle boots. Diane Von Furstenburg’s suede evening bag worked with animal inspired colours to give a more abstract nod to the trend.

Always glad to see prints back on the catwalk and shop shelves.
I'm a sucker for leopard prints on anything!
