Textiles take centre stage this season at short-order womenswear label Nancy Dee, with British-made sustainable fabrics such as bamboo cloth or a modal and silk-blend jersey being used to cement its credentials as a fashionable ethical brand.
Design has also moved forward, so although its signature vintage-inspired silhouettes are still hinted at, a more modern approach has been taken with boxy blouses, cigarette trousers and shift dresses standing out. Some prices have increased by about 5% where new British-made fabrics have been used. Wholesale prices range from £15 for tops to £52 for dresses.
