1980s Tops

To badly paraphrase the hit record it seems the 1980s square boxy tunic top is as acceptable in the noughties as it was in the decade that style forgot. This square long tunic sometimes little more than a wide tabard and in other instances a full blown new wave chemise with accompanying Duran Duran style scarf was spotted throughout directional collections at Gallery. In knitwear long slouchy sweaters with large graphic images and batwing sleeves were the order of the day.
