First look: Boneville is all at sea

Menswear label Boneville draws on maritime and naval influences for its autumn 14 collection, which has been exclusively revealed to Drapers.

Outerwear particularly stands out, with heavy-duty jackets and coats featuring belted waists and shearling collars. Autumn sees the introduction of a ‘KIT system’ in which garments can be customised to order, with different linings added and buttons changed.

The menswear brand was launched in 1981 by Massimo Osti, the brains behind CP Company and Stone Island. Having ceased trading in 1993, the brand disappeared from the market, but was bought by avid Massimo Osti fan and entrepreneur John Sharp in 2012 and relaunched for spring 14. Wholesale prices range from £20 to £398.
