Where there was businesslike tailoring, it fell into simple categories – grey, blue and checked. The checks outweighed the plains and straddled country-inspired jackets and business suits. Subtle grey glen checks were the most dominant in terms of actual suiting with the likes of Facis, Lubiam, William Hunt and Hackett allserving them up.
