Pitti Uomo Spring 13 - Hancock

Former Mackintosh colleagues Gary Bott and Daniel Dunko have launched Hancock for spring 13, an outerwear brand inspired by Thomas Hancock, the English pioneer of the rubber industry.

Although the brand had a soft launch for autumn 12, spring 13 is its first full season of 10 ‘Articles’ (or jackets), with designer Timothy Everest on board to create three styles – a blazer, pea coat and city coat. “We’re very much focused on print, colour and fit,” said Bott, of Hancock’s beautifully bright range of orange, yellow, blue and olive green cotton-bonded jackets. Wholesale prices range from £212 to £295.
