Autumn 12

The one colour worth its weight in gold at the show was rust, seen extensively at both younger, more directional brands and mainstream and contemporary labels.

The citrus yellows and oranges of spring 12 turned autumnal, as burnt oranges and rusty terracottas dominated many brands’ collections. Drapers saw it most successfully on knitwear and casual dresses.
